Navigating Your Hospital Birth

This Class is for expectant couples who want to take the driver's seat in their birth experience. It is a great compliment to a comprehensive childbirth class and will reinforce and go more in depth about the birth process as it relates to common hospital procedures. We will discuss how to have a low intervention birth and ways to avoid going down the path of the cycle of interventions. We will also discuss ways to communicate with hospital staff so they can better serve you. You will leave this class with the knowledge and understanding of how the birth process is managed in the hospital and how to navigate and make informed decisions about your birth with that in mind!

This prenatal class is intended for expectant couples who are preparing for not only birth, but for the time immediately following birth, the postpartum and taking care of their newborn during this intense and overwhelming time. This comprehensive class will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on life as a new parent.
